Together with the EduC Association, in the first two months of 2016, MRC organised eight workshops for students, where they learned how to recognise and react to online and offline hate speech, with the help of many interactive games and discussions with young journalists.
The workshops, developed in the “Less Hate, More Speech – Teens get involved!” project, took place in schools and high schools in both bigger cities and smaller and less privileged communities across the country, with an average of 20 students taking part in each workshop. The locations of the workshops were: Iași, Castelu (Constanța), Fetești (Ialomița), Odorheiu Secuiesc, Feldioara (Brașov), Constanța, București.
